Job summary

GoodFit Limited is seeking a Team Lead Solutions Engineer to lead a small team while shaping pre- and post-sales activity, translating client needs into actionable datasets, and helping clients integrate and leverage data for GTM success.

You'll collaborate with commercial teams and customers from fast-growing B2B companies, driving continuous improvement and ensuring high-quality delivery through effective workload management and process design.

• Engage in discovery sessions to translate prospects' needs into bespoke datasets.
• Analyze customer data with the GoodFit platform to explain data-driven insights to prospects.
• Guide onboarding with Account Managers, map target markets, and enrich data for GTM plans.
• Assist clients in integrating data into CRMs and data warehouses.
• Communicate with existing clients to adjust datasets and educate on product capabilities.
• Lead and optimise team workload, prioritisation, and performance.
