Job summary

GoodFit in London is seeking a Team Lead Solutions Engineer to guide a two-person team and bridge pre- and post-sales work, ensuring we deliver high-value datasets and help clients embed them into their GTM strategies.

You'll collaborate with commercial teams at fast-growing B2B companies, translate needs into actionable datasets, and advise on how to leverage the GoodFit platform to optimise ICP targeting and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Solutions or Sales Engineering roles within SaaS or Data industries.
• Strong data analysis and ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with CRM and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales: engage in discovery and define data points for ICPs; build demo datasets.
• Data Analysis: analyse datasets to explain value of GoodFit data to prospects.
• Onboarding: guide new clients through configurations and GTM data mappings.
• Client Support: manage ongoing data needs and educate on product capabilities.
• Internal Collaboration: relay customer feedback to engineering and product teams.
• Team Lead: supervise workload, prioritise tasks, and drive high performance.
