Cranstoun is recruiting a Thames Valley DRIVE Team Leader to oversee the Drive Project across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. The role is permanent, 35 hours per week, with a mandatory office day each Wednesday in Haddenham and the remainder split between home working and community visits.

You will support the Service Manager, supervise Case Managers and Drive IDVAs, conduct regular case reviews, maintain high quality practice, and travel as required with reimbursement for client

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in social care or domestic abuse settings.
• Experience supervising frontline staff and coordinating multi‑agency partners.
• Ability to implement and monitor high‑quality risk management and safeguarding practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support Drive Project delivery across Thames Valley; oversee interventions.
• Line manage Case Managers and Drive IDVAs, ensuring safe, effective practice.
• Conduct regular case reviews and ensure a minimal caseload while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with multi‑agency stakeholders and contribute to service development.
