Job summary

Supporting Futures Consulting Ltd is recruiting a Team Leader to join a specialist domestic abuse service working with high-risk perpetrators. You will support the Service Manager with day-to-day delivery across Thames Valley, guiding practitioners, overseeing casework and maintaining a light caseload.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in domestic abuse, criminal justice or high-need services.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management.
• Experience guiding staff through complex casework and providing supervision.
• Ability to challenge harmful behaviour while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Excellent partnership working, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Case Managers and specialists through guidance and regular case reviews.
• Oversee risk assessments, safeguarding responses and individual intervention plans.
• Support staff delivering interventions that challenge abusive behaviour and promote accountability.
• Manage workloads, staff development and performance to maintain high standards of practice.
• Hold a minimal caseload and deliver direct one-to-one work with perpetrators.
• Collaborate with police, probation, victim support and partner agencies.
• Monitor case recording, service performance and quality of interventions.
• Contribute to service development and deputise for the Service Manager when required.
