Job summary

The Bridge Project in Bradford is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join the Drive Project. This full-time, fixed-term role runs to 31 March 2029, offering a salary of £30,760 per annum and a 37.5-hour week within a nationally recognised, specialist domestic abuse service.

You will work in a multi-disciplinary team, coordinating with police, safeguarding and housing partners, to deliver a trauma-informed response designed to reduce harm and improve safety for adults and children.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management and trauma-informed practice.
• Strong assessment, engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Drive Project case management within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Collaborate with agencies to ensure coordinated, safe responses to high-risk cases.
• Uphold safeguarding commitments and contribute to service improvement.
