The Bridge Project in Bradford is recruiting a full-time Case Manager to join the Drive Project, a nationally recognised, evidence-based response to high-harm domestic abuse.

You will work within a skilled multi-disciplinary team, delivering coordinated, safe interventions and risk reduction, guided by trauma-informed practice.

Applicants should have relevant professional experience, strong assessment and communication skills, and a willingness to engage across partner agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the Drive Project case management with a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.
• Collaborate with police, safeguarding and partner agencies to keep risk and harm low.
• Conduct assessments, engage clients respectfully, and maintain clear documentation.
