Job summary

The Crown Estate in Windsor is seeking a proactive Team Coordinator for the Office Reception to support a busy team and deliver excellent customer service.

You will welcome visitors, manage calls and emails, keep records up to date, and help organise meetings and events. The role offers hybrid working options, 28 days holiday, private medical, pension choices and discretionary bonus potential.

Are you an organised, proactive administrator who enjoys supporting a busy team and providing excellent customer service?, We're looking for a Team Coordinator to join our Windsor Office Reception team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll be at the heart of the operation, ensuring the smooth running of the office while providing high-quality administrative support to colleagues across the business. As Team Coordinator you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, customers and stakeholders, delivering a professional reception service and ensuring every interaction reflects our values. You'll coordinate a wide range of administrative activities, support meetings, manage office systems and records, and help create an efficient and welcoming working environment. No two days will be the same. From greeting visitors and responding to calls and emails, managing the office environment, and processing invoices to supporting meetings and events, you'll play an important role in keeping the Windsor business running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries.
