Team Coordinator / Personal Assistant / Initially a 3 - month contract position / London, Hybrid / Up to £180 per day (PAYE through umbrella)


Overview:

My client, a globally recognizable charitable organisation, is currently looking for a Team Coordinator to join their team.


The role will require an organised, personable, and detail-oriented individual who is looking to expand on their personal assistant experience!


Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Providing administrative support and technical expertise to senior leaders
  2. Strong communication skills
  3. Comfortable putting presentations together
  4. Minute taking, diary management over various time zones, and travel correspondence
  5. Formatting documents and templates
  6. Dealing with invoices and expenses
  7. Booking meeting rooms and arranging catering

Essential Skills & Experience:

  1. 2+ years’ experience working within a similar PA/EA/Team Assistant role
  2. Happy working at pace in a busy environment
  3. Confident in making decisions
  4. Confident working on a variety of technology such as SharePoint, MS Teams, and Zoom

Package:

  1. Up to £180 per day (PAYE through umbrella)
  2. Flexible hours, hybrid working pattern
