Job summary

London-based hedge fund seeks an Executive Team Assistant to provide top-class support to senior leaders and high-performing traders in a fast-moving environment. The role emphasizes anticipation, obstacle removal, and enabling leaders to perform at their best.

You will have 3+ years in EA within financial services, strong diary and international travel management, and impeccable communication. Five days in the office is non-negotiable, with a salary range of £50,000–£65,000 plus generous bonus

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of EA experience within a financial services environment.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, pressurised settings.
  • Strong diary and international travel management skills.
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office; English fluency; French bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Managing complex diaries and high-volume inboxes.
  • Coordinating global travel across multiple time zones.
  • Preparing documents, board materials, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Leading meeting coordination: schedules, agendas, materials, logistics, and guest management.
  • Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders as a key liaison.
  • Supporting senior leadership meetings, offsites, and events.
  • Handling confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Processing expenses and travel invoices.
  • Collaborating with a high-performing EA team to ensure flawless support across the business.
  • Taking ownership of process improvements, team efficiency, and seamless coverage.
  • Providing additional support across projects, events, and ad-hoc initiatives.

Must have Hedge Fund, Asset management, PE or investment management to be considered for this role. This would be perfect for a PA or Team Assistant to take the next step in their career to support Senior Leaders. Ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 years of solid PA/Team Assistant or EA experience in this industry.

The Role

As an Executive Team Assistant in the London office, you will provide top‑class support to senior leaders and high‑performing traders, ensuring seamless operations in a fast‑moving, high‑stakes environment.   • Proficiency across Microsoft Office

  • French language skills are a bonus (not essential)
