Are you a proactive, detail-oriented Team Assistant looking to be part of a thriving and fast-paced environment?
Based in the heart of Birmingham’s financial district, you will be developing your career as an assistant at one of the world’s most respected investment firms that has a massive presence globally.
Our clients are seeking a Team Assistant or Coordinator who must have at least 2 years of experience supporting with diary management, meeting coordination, organising international/domestic travel, and liaising across different time zones.
You will be client-facing in your communication (interacting with senior stakeholders), proactive, and a self-starter as you work in this dynamic and collaborative environment. High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task will also be needed in this role.

Salary: £18 per hour inclusive of holiday, approximately £32,000-£33,000 annually
