Are you looking for an exciting opportunity within the SEB London Office where you will support the UK Corporate Banking team, as well as colleagues within the wider UK franchise?
SEB has been active in the UK for over 50 years providing services to its corporate client base, and its London office continues to offer a strong presence within this increasingly important home market.
What You Will Be Doing
Corporate Banking is a unit primarily focused on supporting the banking needs of large UK multinational companies. In addition, the team is responsible for managing the relationships of other Nordic and German corporate customers, who look to SEB to support them with their banking needs in the UK.
The wider SEB UK franchise incorporates various other teams focused on a variety of sectors and products including Project Finance, Financial Institutions and Loan Origination to name a few other SEB UK based activities.
You will be primarily part of the Corporate Banking team, supporting colleagues in various administrative tasks such as diary management, helping arrange client meetings and events, supporting on travel needs, collating internal reports, processing expenses etc.
As a Team Assistant You Will Be Responsible For
- Diary management for certain senior personnel within SEB UK
- Helping to arrange internal and external meetings and events
- Help facilitate the delivery of internal reports
- Collate and process Travel and Entertainment expenses/invoices
- Responsible for coordinating and maintaining team absence and holiday records
- General administrative tasks to support the team
Who We Are Looking For
- Previous experience of PA/Team Assistant work essential
- Positive team player who can work effectively independently but also aware of when to request
guidance and approval from Management
- Excellent in written and spoken English
- Flexible and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough, organised approach to work
- Excellent MS Office Skills
- Someone who is able to identify improved ways of working
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload and judge priority and urgency of requests and issues
- Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of situations and range of people
- This is a London based role, and you must have the right to work in the UK
- This is an office-based role given the nature of the support required from this role
