· Manage complex and changing diary and travel arrangements and prepare expense and credit card reports.
· Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
· Manage requests and enquiries autonomously and think independently and creatively to improve processes.

· Positive attitude with a commitment to providing a consistently high level of support.
· Intellectual curiosity and a natural team-player, willing to collaborate with the other PAs and assistants to support the team seamlessly.
· Ability to handle a high-volume workload and multi-task.
· Self-starter, able to take initiative, work independently, and manage time effectively.
· High level of discretion.
· Flexible and proactive approach, able to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
