Job description

An exclusive property company based in Chelsea is seeking a Lettings Team Assistant to join their successful and vibrant team. The role will be a 12 month contract and is a great opportunity for a hard-working Team Assistant to join one of London's leading property companies in their Lettings team.

The Role:

1. Organising and coordinating team events and socials
2. Preparing new properties for marketing
3. Dealing with letting enquiries for prospective and existing tenants.

The Candidate:

1. Must have previous administrative experience ideally in residential lettings
2. Confident when working independently
3. Highly organised
4. A motivated individual with a 'can-do' attitude
