Location: West End, London

An incredible opportunity at an elite talent management agency has come to us to join their dynamic and fast-paced team as Team Assistant as one of their down-to-earthMusic Directors. You will be based in their gorgeous open-plan offices and work with some very impressive well-known names on a variety of projects and music shoots. In a firm that has little to no hierarchy, you will instantly feel part of the team, especially with the close-knit team of three in the music department.

The role itself:

• Diary management
• International Travel
• Relationship management
• Coordinating events and off-sites
• Ad-hoc special projects

Key things we would be looking for:

• Immediately available
• 1 – 2 years administrative experience
• Soild diary management experience
• Down-to-earth mature approach - team player works well with other PAs
• Discreet when given highly confidential information
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive with a keen interest in music and creative sector
