Role Overview

This is a part-time role (3 days per week) supporting a globally distributed talent team (London, Paris, Berlin, New York). Responsibilities include managing processes related to Learning & Development, Talent Marketing, Performance Management, Employee Surveys & Engagement, and Onboarding, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Organize schedules, meetings, and workflows for talent initiatives.
  2. Data & Reporting: Maintain documentation, manage data input, and generate reports.
  3. Learning & Development: Track attendance, manage content, and update the Learning Platform.
  4. Talent Marketing: Manage digital assets and content in coordination with teams.
  5. Performance Management: Support reporting and documentation processes.
  6. Employee Surveys: Generate reports and input data into presentations.
  7. Onboarding: Maintain content and coordinate live event setups.
Qualifications
  • Strong data skills for analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, detail-focused, and adaptable.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, fluency in English.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and HR/LMS software is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in a global team.
Preferred Experience
  • Support experience in Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Surveys, or Onboarding.
  • Experience in global or multicultural environments.
