Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in Bury is seeking a Band 3 Team Administrator to provide essential administrative support within a Specialist Mental Health Team. You will manage referrals, appointments, and patient records with accuracy and sensitivity, serving as a key contact for service users, carers and professionals.

You will join a multidisciplinary team to help keep services running smoothly and contribute to a positive experience for those accessing care.

An exciting vacancy for a Team Administrator has become available supporting the Specialist and Neighborhood Mental Health services.

Are you organised, approachable, and motivated to make a difference in mental health services?

As a Band 3 CMHT Administrator, you will play a vital role at the heart of a Specialist Mental Health Team, providing high‑quality administrative support that helps clinicians deliver effective, compassionate care.

You will be a key point of contact for service users, carers, and professionals, managing referrals, appointments, and patient records with accuracy and sensitivity.

Working closely within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you’ll help keep services running smoothly while contributing to a positive experience for those who access and deliver care.
