The Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) and Early Detection and Intervention Team (EDIT) provide specialist support for people experiencing a first episode of psychosis, or who may be at increased risk of developing psychosis. We work closely with service users, families, carers and partner agencies to deliver timely, recovery-focused care and improve outcomes. We are looking for an organised and motivated Team Administrator to join our friendly multidisciplinary team. Based in Swinton, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service, acting as a key point of contact for service users, carers, clinicians and partner organisations. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a specialist mental health service while helping to ensure high-quality, responsive care for the people who use our services. The Team Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support across the EIP and EDIT pathways, including appointment management, minute-taking, managing referrals and correspondence, maintaining clinical systems, and supporting the coordination of service delivery. Key responsibilities include booking appointments using the PARIS patient administration system, liaising with service users and clinicians to ensure timely access to care, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the wider operational needs of the team, including meeting room and stock management. This is a part-time position (18.75 hours per week) based in Swinton.
