You will support the CEO with meeting prep, maintain client and company records, and manage key processes that keep the business moving. The company specialises in property development and investment, working with clients who invest in residential property projects. The role would suit someone who is highly organised, naturally proactive and enjoys being the person who keeps things moving behind the scenes.
No two days will be quite the same! One day you could be preparing documents for a CEO meeting, and the next managing client administration or ensuring an important process is fully up to date.
Full training will be provided, including on the company's systems and software, so what matters most is your attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

We're ideally looking for around 2 years' experience in an administrative, team assistant or similar role, although an impressive graduate or first-jobber with the right attitude could also be considered.

Experience within property, financial services or a professional services environment would be useful but is by no means essential.
You’ll be joining a friendly, young and ambitious team in a modern open-plan office in Canary Wharf, alongside the wider business. It's a sociable, energetic environment with a real work-hard, play-hard mentality.
This is a role with genuine scope to grow. As you become more established, there will be the opportunity to take on additional responsibility and potentially progress into a more junior PA position.
