Job summary

Bain and Gray is seeking a proactive administrator to join our Canary Wharf team. You will support the CEO with meeting prep, maintain client and company records, and manage key processes that keep the business moving. The role offers exposure to senior leadership and a pathway to greater responsibility.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, comfortable handling confidential information, and keen to learn within a growing property-focused business.

Qualifications

  • 2 years' experience in administrative, team assistant or similar role.
  • Graduate or first-jobber with the right attitude considered.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO with meeting preparation, documents and general administration.
  • Keep client and company systems accurate and up to date.
  • Carry out AML checks and ensure documentation is completed and signed.
  • Prepare client investment packs and documentation.
  • Organise meetings, invitations, lunches and other arrangements.
  • Maintain important client information and records.
  • Provide wider administrative support across the business.
  • Take ownership of tasks and processes and progress with minimal guidance.
  • Collaborate with the PA to the CEO and wider team as responsibilities grow.
