You'll be happiest in a busy environment where there is plenty to keep on top of. You'll be organised, able to transition between different tasks and comfortable working to deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Experience or knowledge of the UK probate or property sectors would certainly be advantageous but not at all essential, we are most interested in hearing from people with strong transferable administration and customer service skills who are keen to learn and develop.

You'll be organised and conscientious, with good time-management skills and the ability to work accurately to deadlines. There can be several different things requiring your attention at once, so you'll need to be able to prioritise effectively, transition between tasks and remain professional when working under pressure.
As you'll be supporting our Probate division and dealing directly with clients, some of whom may be upset, empathy, and good listening skills are particularly important. You'll understand that different situations can require different approaches and will be able to adapt your communication accordingly.
You'll also be computer literate, self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong customer-service focus.

Previous knowledge of the UK probate industry and/or the property sector would be an advantage, but isn't at all essential as the right person will be trained. More important is that you bring strong administration and customer-service skills, attention to detail, compassion, and a genuine willingness to learn.
