Job summary

Moulton College is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Innovation Coach to support excellence in teaching and learning. You will work within the Excellence & Innovation Team to coach staff, promote innovative approaches, and develop strategies that meet diverse learner needs and improve outcomes.

The role focuses on creating engaging, accessible learning environments, with a clear emphasis on SEND learners. This is a fixed-term contract until July 2027, with interviews planned for w/c 26 October

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching and coaching to improve learner outcomes.
• Ability to design inclusive teaching strategies for diverse learners.
• Strong collaboration with curriculum teams to drive improvement.

Our Teaching Innovation Coaches are a key part of the Excellence & Innovation Team, playing a pivotal role in enhancing teaching and learning across the college. Working collaboratively with curriculum teams, you will champion inclusive teaching practices, support staff to develop effective strategies for meeting diverse learner needs, and drive continuous improvement in teaching quality.

Through coaching, mentoring, and the promotion of innovative approaches, you will help create engaging, accessible learning environments that enable all students, particularly those with SEND, to succeed and progress confidently towards their future goals.

Please note this position is a fixed-term contractuntil July 2027.
