Audley Primary School in England is seeking an outstanding teacher to lead SEND provision as SENDCo, driving inclusive practice across our four-form entry school.
You will work with the Senior Leadership Team to develop whole-school SEND strategy, inspire colleagues and realise potential in others, with opportunities for professional development within the DRB Ignite Multi Academy Trust.

While leading by example and demonstrating outstanding practice as a SENDCo, you will have the opportunity to lead across the school.
You will be jointly responsible for the leadership of SEND alongside our current SENDCo, supporting the Senior Leadership Team to develop whole school strategy, to ensure all SEND learners across the school experience the great teaching they deserve. You will be innovative, creative, and outstanding in all that you do, but most importantly, you will be able to realise this potential in others.
