Job summary

The Nicholas Hammond Academy is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learners in the classroom. The role is permanent and part-time, 28.5 hours per week, with a starting date ASAP and salary on the NJC scale.

A grade C/4 in English and Maths is required, with DBS checks carried out on appointment. The successful candidate will build positive relationships with students, work flexibly, and contribute to their academic, social and emotional progress within the academy.

Qualifications

• Grade C/4 in English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Experience in a relatable role within an educational establishment is desirable but not essential.
