The position is a trial-to-perm pathway, starting on a temporary basis with potential for permanent contract for the right candidate. It is a full-time, term-time only role in a specialist setting.

A welcoming and inclusive specialist setting in Chelmsford is currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team, supporting students with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) and SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties).
