Protocol Education Limited is recruiting an LSA/TA to join a specialist school in Chelmsford. You will support children with a variety of needs, including MLD, SLD, ASD and PMLD, in a positive classroom setting.

This long-term, full-time role runs 5 days a week from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Training and DBS processing are provided; prior experience is not mandatory, but a caring, proactive approach is essential.

Seeking an LSA with Care background!

If so, then this is the role for you. Protocol Education are looking to recruit a learning support assistant/teaching assistant to join a specialist school in Chelmsford.

You will be joining a great team that predominantly work with children who have a variety of special needs, including MLD, SLD, ASD and PMLD. Therefore, a desire to assist in this area is required, but no experience is necessary!

Training in First Aid, Manual Handling and Hoisting would be desirable.

A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build up strong relationships and rapport with individual children is important.

This is a long-term, full-time position so we are looking for candidates to be available 5 days a week between the hours of 8:30am-15:30pm.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
