As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEMH and SEND needs, helping them to engage positively with learning and develop the confidence to succeed both academically and socially. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff, providing support within lessons, small groups, and on a 1:1 basis where required.
