Together Teaching is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work in a specialist school in Northampton for 11 to 18 year olds with complex learning and communication needs. The role is full-time with a pay rate of £105.00–£115.00 per day, subject to regular reviews.

You will be joining a caring team that focuses on inspiring and supporting children every day, with opportunities to develop through ongoing performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Willing to get stuck in and help improve children's lives.
• No previous experience required, though it is preferable.
• Demonstrates a great personality and passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with complex learning and communication needs in a specialist school.
• Provide daily assistance and encouragement to inspire and support children.
• Work full-time, Monday to Friday, in Northampton.

We are recruiting for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school setting in Northampton for 11 to 18 year olds with complex learning and communication needs This role is full-time and you will be part of inspiring the next generation. The pay rate for this role is between £105.00 - £115.00 but with regular performance reviews to reward you for the good work you do. This role is starting as soon as possible.

You will be willing to get stuck in and have a desire to really make a difference to children's lives. You don't need experience (although it is preferable), just a great personality and a passion for working with children. We are looking for people who want to inspire and support children every day.
