Tangmere Primary Academy is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team in Chichester. 31.25 hours per week across 38.2 weeks per year, with a salary package around £18,704 actuals for part-time work and up to £26,403 FTE.
You will work with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, support learners with varying needs, and help develop resources and teaching strategies to ensure every child makes progress.

You will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small
groups. Working with the teacher you will assist with the development of appropriate resources, schemes of work and teaching
strategies to ensure provisions support individual learning needs.
