Job summary

Hilltop Primary School in Crawley is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant for a fixed-term role until 31 August 2027. The position is 32.5 hours per week during term time, based at Hilltop Primary School. Interviews are scheduled for 2 October 2026.

The role supports pupils with educational, welfare and social needs, with a focus on encouraging positive relationships and academic progress, under TKAT’s collaborative trust.

Salary: Scale point 6 £25,989.00 plus Crawley Fringe allowance (estimated actual £19,047.29 plus Crawley allowance)

Contract Type: Fixed Term until 31/08/2027

Working Pattern: 32.5 hour per week term time only
