TKAT Broadfield Primary Academy in Crawley is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team. The role involves assisting with engaging teaching, one-to-one support and small group work, helping develop resources and teaching strategies to meet each child’s learning needs.

As Teaching Assistantyou will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one
basis and in small groups. Working with the teacher you will assist with the development of appropriate resources, schemes of
work and teaching strategies to ensure provisions support individual learning needs.
