Job summary

TKAT Broadfield Primary Academy in Crawley is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team. The role involves assisting with engaging teaching, one-to-one support and small group work, helping develop resources and teaching strategies to meet each child’s learning needs.

The position is fixed-term until 31 August 2027 with a structured induction, ongoing CPD and opportunities through the TKAT SCITT programme. Close date 02/09/2026.
