Job summary

Hilltop Primary School in Crawley is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs. You will work one-to-one and in small groups, assist with resources, and help implement schemes of work alongside teaching staff.

This is a fixed-term, part-time contract ending 31 August 2027. The role requires passion, patience, and a collaborative approach to raise achievement and ensure every child receives a high-quality education.

We are looking for a dedicated and inclusiveSEN Teaching Assistantto join our supportive and collaborative team.

Fixed Term Contract end date 31st August 2027

You will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small

groups. Working with the teacher you will assist with the development of appropriate resources, schemes of work and teaching

strategies to ensure provisions support individual learning needs.
