Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with additional needs at a specialist school in Andover. You will help pupils engage with learning and develop confidence, independence and essential life skills through one-to-one and small-group support.
The role is term-time only, with ongoing training and DBS checks provided. You will be supported by experienced staff and encouraged to collaborate with teachers, therapists and the wider school team to promote

Pay: £14.25 per hour
We are seeking caring, motivated and resilient Learning Support Assistants to join a specialist school in the Andover area. The school supports children and young people with additional needs, including autism, communication difficulties, moderate learning difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and helping them develop confidence, independence and essential life skills. Applications are welcomed from candidates with backgrounds in education, care, youth work, healthcare, coaching, customer service or other people-focused roles. Previous experience in education is desirable but not essential, as full support and training will be provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
