Job summary

Randstad Education in the UK seeks proactive Teaching Assistants to support pupils across local primary and secondary schools in Haywards Heath. Flexible and supply roles with immediate starts and term-time placements.

You will assist teachers with literacy, numeracy, and SEN support, helping create an inclusive, safe learning environment. Competitive daily pay (£85-£105) and access to CPD training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in schools, nurseries, youth work, care or coaching.
• Patient, empathetic and proactive approach to learning support.
• Strong communication skills and good command of English and Maths.
• An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
• Right to work in the UK and reliable transport links to schools in your area.
