Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support young learners across local schools in flexible and supply roles. Whether you are an experienced TA, a graduate, or have a background in childcare, we offer long-term and short-term shifts to suit your lifestyle.

You will support teachers, work 1:1 or in small groups to boost literacy and numeracy, and help pupils with SEN such as ASD or speech delays. Immediate openings available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people (schools, nurseries, youth work, care, or coaching).
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to learning support.
• Strong communication skills and a good command of English and Maths.
• An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
• Right to work in the UK and reliable transport links to schools in your area.
