Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary and secondary settings in Stafford and surrounding areas. Flexible and supply roles with long-term or day-to-day placements, ideal for graduates, childcare backgrounds, or sports coaching with a passion for education.

You'll assist teachers, work 1:1 or in small groups, help with SEN (ASD/ADHD/speech delays), and contribute to an inclusive, safe learning environment. Immediate starts available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people (schools, nurseries, youth work, care, or coaching).
• Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to learning support.
• Strong communication skills and a good command of English and Maths.
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Right to work in the UK and reliable transport to local schools.
