Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary and secondary in local schools. We offer long-term and flexible day-to-day supply roles, with option to fit around your schedule.

You will work 1:1 or in small groups, assist with literacy and numeracy, support pupils with SEN, and benefit from weekly PAYE payments and CPD training with immediate start dates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people (schools, nurseries, youth work, care, or coaching).
• Patient, empathetic and proactive approach to learning support.
• Strong communication skills and a good command of English and Maths.
• Right to work in the UK and reliable transport links to local schools.
