Job summary

Randstad Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary and secondary settings with flexible day-to-day or long-term supply roles in the Horsham area. You will help teachers deliver lessons, support literacy and numeracy, and assist children with SEN in an inclusive environment.

Ideal candidates have experience with children or young people, strong English and Maths basics, and a patient, proactive approach. Immediate starts and weekly PAYE payments are available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in schools, nurseries, or related settings.
• Patient, empathetic, proactive approach to learning support.
• Strong communication skills in English; maths basics helpful.
• DBS Update Service (or willingness to apply) is required.
• Right to work in the UK with reliable transport to local schools.
