Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support young learners in local schools across the area. Roles include long-term and flexible day-to-day placements for graduates, experienced TAs, or candidates with childcare or coaching backgrounds.

You will assist with literacy and numeracy, support pupils with SEN, and help create a welcoming classroom environment. Immediate starts and ongoing placements are available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (schools, nurseries, youth work, care, or coaching).
• Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to learning support.
• Strong communication skills and a good command of English and Maths.
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Right to work in the UK and reliable transport links to schools in your area.
