Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant for a full-time role in the Sefton area. You will support learners from EYFS to Year 6, both in class and with targeted SEN support, helping pupils engage, build confidence and progress.

In addition to day-to-day classroom duties, the role offers ongoing CPD, long-term placements with potential for permanent positions and dedicated consultant support to guide your placement and career progression within local schools.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in school, childcare or care settings.
• Patience, nurturing, and adaptable approach.
• Confidence supporting children with additional needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
