Protocol Education is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 2 at a friendly primary school in Bishopston. You will work with children aged 7–11 in class and small groups, helping to build confidence, literacy and numeracy, and providing one-to-one support where needed.

Protocol Education is working closely with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Bishopston that is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 2.
The school is keen to hear from candidates who have experience working with children, whether that's in a school, nursery, youth work, coaching or another child-centred setting. You don't need a formal TA qualification to be considered – what matters most is your ability to build positive relationships, support learning and be a consistent, reliable presence for pupils.
This role will involve supporting children across Years 3 to 6, both in the classroom and through small group interventions. Some pupils may need additional support with confidence, behaviour, emotional regulation or learning, so the school is looking for someone who is patient, resilient and able to adapt their approach to meet individual needs.
You'll be joining a welcoming staff team where support staff are valued and encouraged to contribute to the wider school community. The school prides itself on creating a positive environment where children feel safe, supported and ready to learn.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same, and would suit someone who enjoys being active, building relationships and making a difference to children's school experience.
