Job summary

Acorns Primary School in Preston is seeking a committed teaching assistant for its complex needs class. The role is part-time, term-time only, 6 hours per day across four days, with one longer day as needed.

Applicants should be capable of personal care and working within a team, with training provided as required. Applicants must have an NVQ Level 2 in Childcare/Health & Social Care and experience with SEN.

Summary The Governors of Acorns Primary, a school with generic learning difficulties, are looking for a committed teaching assistant to join our school. This post will be based in our complex needs class, additional training for the role will be provided as required. The successful applicant's will be required to work 6 hours per day, 4 days a week 8.50 - 15.20 and 8.50 - 16.00 one day a week, Monday - Friday, term - time only.
