Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with the class teacher to complement curriculum delivery and interventions.
• Provide support to individuals and small groups to help pupils achieve high standards.
• Deliver interventions and support to children as part of their learning plan.
• Maintain a warm, caring approach and uphold safeguarding practices.
