Job summary

Paulton Junior School is seeking a Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to support children 1:1, run intervention groups and assist in classroom activities. The role requires commitment to inclusion, positive behaviour and helping pupils grow academically, socially and emotionally.

The successful candidate will work as part of a busy, supportive staff team and contribute to high standards of education and pupil progress.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting on a 1:1 basis and leading groups.
• Ability to support classroom learning and progress.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support on a 1:1 basis with pupils.
