• Experience of working with groups of children to deliver high quality interventions and support.
• Excellent classroom practitioner with commitment to engaging learning.
• Experience of working with children with EAL and in Early Years.

Responsibilities

• Delivering specific work programmes in depth for children with special educational needs.
• Supervise and support pupils in small groups and during whole-class activities as required.
• Monitor and report individual progress to the classroom teacher or supervisor.
• Assist in planning work programmes for individuals and groups.
• Promote equality, dignity and respect in line with school policy.
