Job summary

St Sebastian’s RC Primary in Salford is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learners with complex needs in the EYFS. The role is 32.5 hours per week during term time, with duties across key stages and a focus on safeguarding, behaviour, and inclusive practice.

The successful candidate will work with a supportive team, contribute to high standards of teaching, and participate in ongoing development, including training for Level 2 TA qualifications.

The Governors of St Sebastian’s RC Primary School are seeking to recruit a dedicated, energetic and skilled individual to work in EYFS to support leaners with complex learning needs, at this happy and welcoming school.

We are looking for candidates that will:

• Be an outstanding and self-reflective practitioner, committed to raising standards and outcomes for all pupils;

• Be highly motivated and committed to high quality teaching and learning, whilst keeping children at the heart of everything we do;
• Commit to working in partnership with all those involved in the life of the school;
