Job summary

Paddox Primary School in Rugby is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team in EYFS. The TA2 will work 32.5 hours per week, 8:30 to 3:30, Monday to Friday, on a fixed-term basis until 31 August 2027.

You will support learning, contribute to the school's positive ethos, and assist with assessment and everyday classroom activities. Audra Randall, the Headteacher’s PA, would be happy to hear from applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience as Teaching Assistant in EYFS setting.
• Passion for assessment and improving practice.
• Available 32.5 hours per week, fixed term until 31 August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support children in EYFS and contribute to positive ethos.
• Work as part of a school team to deliver activities and learning.
• Assist with assessments and record-keeping as required.

Paddox Primary School is a large school and this is an exciting time to join our hard working, dedicated group of staff. We are a three form entry school situated in a residential area on the outskirts of Rugby. We are looking to recruit a TA2 to work in EYFS, the working hours are 32.5 per week 8:30 to 3:30 (Mon to Fri), this is a fixed term position until 31 August 2027.
