We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Kettering that is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join their team from September 2026. Working alongside teachers and other support staff, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality classroom support, helping pupils stay engaged in their learning and reach their full potential.

The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant Level 2, you will support teaching and learning across the classroom, working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and help pupils achieve their potential. • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support children's development

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working in a primary school or educational setting
• A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping children succeed
