Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support individuals and small groups in the classroom, helping pupils understand tasks and stay engaged
• Assist teachers with behaviour management, inclusion and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Prepare and organise learning resources, classroom displays and equipment
• Provide pastoral support, including helping with pupils' wellbeing, independence and social development
• Contribute to supervision, educational visits and basic record-keeping, ensuring a safe and supportive Setting
