Highfield Ely Academy in Ely, Cambridgeshire is inviting applications for two Teaching Assistants (Level 1) to work alongside teachers to support pupils’ learning, independence and wellbeing across the school day. Responsibilities

• Support individuals and small groups in the classroom, helping pupils understand tasks and stay engaged
• Assist teachers with behaviour management, inclusion and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Prepare and organise learning resources, classroom displays and equipment
• Provide pastoral support, including helping with pupils' wellbeing, independence and social development
• Contribute to supervision, educational visits and basic record-keeping, ensuring a safe and supportive setting
