Chorlton High School Academy is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 1 to join our vibrant school community. This Grade 2 permanent post supports pupils with learning, wellbeing and personal development under the direction of classroom teachers and senior leaders.

The role is 30 hours per week, term time only plus 1 week, with a pro-rata salary of £19,180 and full-time equivalent £26,016. You will help create an inclusive learning environment and assist with resources, behaviour and pupil records.

Qualifikationen

• Holds Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Experience of working with or caring for children.
• Committed to safeguarding and inclusion.

Aufgaben

• Support access to learning for individuals and small groups.
• Assist in preparing classroom resources and curricular admin.
• Support teachers with classroom behaviour management.
• Provide pupil progress feedback and maintain records.
• Address pupils' wellbeing and welfare needs.
